Classes

Classes are held in the workshop at Wrecclesham. We have day and evening classes for up to fifteen students in each class. Classes cater for all skill levels, from beginner to expert. Our sessions last for three hours and we have twelve sessions each term with three terms a year - autumn, spring and summer. The new term starts on 22nd April, and the 12 week terms are generally planned to follow those of local schools where possible.

For those who are new to pottery, we now also provide taster sessions of three
3-hour lessons for £33.00 on regular class days, space permitting.

Our equipment includes electric and Leach kick wheels, facilities for hand building, a wide range of glazes and a spray booth. We have an electric kiln for biscuit firing and a gas kiln for firing reduced stoneware. In addition we have a kiln for raku.

Our fees from 1st April 2008 are £130 a term which includes 12 hours of untutored workshop time.
