  • Class sizes are generally 14 (Sculpture 10), to ensure that your experience remains positive and enjoyable.
  • Existing members may continue in the same class, provided all payments for glazing and firing are up to date and the re-enrolment application is received by the end of the current term.
  • After the end of term, applications will be accepted from the Waiting List and other new applicants as well as from existing members, on a first come first served basis.
  • There is no access to the premises at weekend or during holidays, other than to attend WSP organised events, unless by prior arrangement.
  • The Friday evening untutored class is strictly 6 – 9 pm and the timing is NOT transferable.

Class fees include WSP Membership and are non-refundable.  However, fees are, at your own risk, transferable to another person.  Any other variations require written authority from a Director.

Use of the Workshop outside of Term Time

  • By prior arrangement, £3 per hour, minimum of 3 hours, paid and booked in advance.
  • When using the workshop outside of class times, there must be a minimum of two Members, at all times.

Payment:

  • Unfortunately, places cannot be reserved without payment.
  • Payment is preferred online by Paypal (a Paypal account is not required)
  • BACS payment to West Street Potters, Santander Bank, Sort code 09 06 66, A/C No 40950921 (Ref: “FEES” + “your surname”)
  • Cheques to be made payable to ‘West Street Potters’
  • Payments by cheque or BACS can be made in two equal instalments, one dated before the end of the current term and the second by one-month after first day of first term. If by cheque, both must be sent with application. If by BACS, the second payment must be pre-programmed to be paid by the required date. This method will not be allowed if the member’s second instalment has previously failed.
