‘A Fishy Tale’
‘A Fishy Tale’ is a new installation put together with bricks from ‘Another Brick in Wall’ scheme , the brainchild of Keppel Nowson who is a Friday am WSP member and a creative force with Making Matters Independent Arts Group.
Bricks carved by WSP and 318 members can be picked out amongst those contributed by residents of Abbeyfield Care Home, Ridgeway School , Badshot Lea Infants and members of the public who enthusiastically joined in a session set up in the Lion and Lamb yard.
As a stakeholder ( whatever that means ) of Farnham Craft Town Team I’ve been invited to an opening on Friday, October 1st @ 3.30 pm. I would like to open this to any member of WSP .
The sculpture is on view next to UCA Farnham, in Evelyn Borelli gardens (opposite Waitrose car park) Faulkner Rd, GU9 7DS.
If you can’t make the opening, it’s a very permanent structure and can be seen at anytime. Do go and look, it’s a gem.
