Join Sarah & Anthea for a 1 day workshop.
All materials are provided.
Explore working with soft slabs and textures.
You will learn how to find ways of adding ‘printed’ texture onto clay before manipulating it to expand the variety of surface possibilities.
You will then look at joining slabs in a more traditional way before creating your own ‘flexible’ prints that will transfer coloured slip designs to three dimensional objects.

Join Ashley and Saori for a 1 day workshop on Japanese Brushwork and On-Glaze Enamels.
Lunch included, all materials provided.
The morning session will be with Saori Learning the art of Japanese Brushwork.Techniques and styles of this engaging and captivating decorative process.The afternoon will be with Ashley.
Introducing on-glaze enamels.Low fired glazes that are traditionally applied as decoration by brush.
You will use your brush skills acquired during the morning to create designs with ready made enamels before being shown how to make your own enamel colour.
