Heritage Open Day – 11th September

West Street Potters and Farnham Pottery are taking part in the Heritage Open Days on Saturday 11th September, 10am – 4pm.  The Sculptors are also holding an exhibition of work and the Smith & Causey coffee shop and farm shop are planning an outdoor market.

We are opening the studio  free of charge to members during this time.  Please come along so that members of the public can turn up to the pottery and see potters at work.  Myself and Sue Broadhead will be there, so the more the merrier….bring your lunch!

Last year an estimated 300 members of the general public came to visit Farnham Pottery on Heritage Open Day, so lets help make their experience a good one and take the opportunity to promote the historical pottery building for the use it was intended…..making pots!

There will also be a Pot Shop.  If you wish to display any of your work for sale, please ensure it is clearly labelled with your name and sale price (10% to WSP) and left at the pottery before 9.30am on Saturday 11th Sept.

I attach links below to the Hertitage Open Days Brochure, Programme and Map, so that you can see what other organisations and buildings are taking part.
