Sgrafitto workshop with Karen Bardell – Saturday 19th October –

Time: 09.30am – 2.30pm (Lunch is available at Hobo cafe next door – not included)

Explore sgrafitto and slip decoration on tiles. This workshop will give students the opportunity to explore the wide range of outcomes the sgrafitto techniques allows. Suitable clay will be provided along with slip and a range of simple tools (though you are welcome to bring your own tool box). Soft brushes, a needle tool are useful too, as are a notebook and pencil for jotting down ideas.
