Young Carers Taster Event
The Young Carers Taster event at Farnham Pottery provided some creative respite for children who have responsibilities beyond their years. WSP Members may have seen some the work displayed in the glass cabinet.
It was such a success that 36 more young people are having a day making on Thursday 2nd June when both WSP and 318 workshops will be used. £3,000 funding was provided by Surrey Community Foundation for up to 100 children to enjoy working with clay between April and Oct, but it looks as if all will have visited by the end of July.
